Livi and Queens just like their Scottish League Counterparts served up a treat of a game with both sides playing flowing attacking football in a match that would have been worthy of the £8 admission the senior match would have cost.

Queens took the lead on the quarter hour mark, the attacker making the run to the bye-line and putting a perfect low cross along the line leaving Shari Johnston in the goal with no chance. Shari pulled of a great save 12 minutes later as did the Queens keeper from Maz Pearson either side of the half hour

Leanne Campbell had a good effort saved just after the break. Queens increased their lead on 56 minutes with the lionesses appealing for offside and appearing to have a case. Marion Leitch then released Maz Pearson whose shot was well held by the keeper. Livingston got a deserved goal back when Donna Porter buried a free kick after Maz Pearson was fouled on the edge of the box. with 15 minutes remaining.Vicky Hall made some good attacking runs towards the end and almost earned the draw with a shot hitting the side netting just before the end.
