Livi completely dominated this match and should have achieved a comfortable victory.
The number of chances created and then not taken was completely inexcusable. John Robertson
was a Major culprit. on three occasions he was clean through on the keeper and on
each occasion made a complete hash of it!. What makes it even worse is he was completely anonymous
throuoghout the rest of the match. Brian McPhee however looked fast and hungry and forced the Clyde
debutant in goal Wylie to make at least four great saves. he was then unbeleivably substituted while
Robertson was allowed to remain a decision that ultimately in my opinion cost us three points.
Clyde had opened the scoring when lax defending let in McCusker to drive home a 20 yd shot.
Livi got a penalty when Rajamki's cross was handled in the box, which Bingham converted.
Clyde always looked the more likely to win the game especially after McPhee was taken off.
Lack of proper defence and pushing forward allowd Clyde to hit on the break and they did
that well. Eagle had to save us on numerous occasions. Clydes tactics and game plan were
right.
